About Us
Big T’s Hauling & Asphalt Maintenance, LLC, is family owned and operated, with 21 years of experience. We have been in business since 1994.
We pride ourselves on high-quality work. We want you, our customer, to be totally satisfied. We work seven days a week, we are fully insured, and we carry workers’ compensation insurance. We do commercial and residential work, specializing in schools, churches and larger commercial lots.
Sealing
We can make your existing parking lot look as good as new. This will give your lot a longer life and save you the cost of a complete overlay. We will come in and:
- Clear All Vegetation
- Machine-Clean the Lot
- Crack-Fill the Cracks
- Can-Spray or Hand-Seal the Lot
- Re-Stripe the Lot
- Patch the Lot (if Necessary)
We use a commercial-strength sealer, and will apply a nice coat of it. We seal your lot as if it were our own, whether it's commercial or residential.
Patching
We specialize in low-area potholes and cracked areas. We use a commercial-grade asphalt. All patches are machine-compacted. If needed, you should always patch a lot before you seal it. We also do curb replacement or curb repair.
Striping
We use a high-quality paint to re-stripe your lot. We are careful to work closely with you, our customer, on the exact way you would like the lot re-striped, including handicap spaces and other markings.
Hauling / Bobcat Services
We tear out and haul asphalt, dirt, concrete, rock and sand. We offer grading, and we can haul large and small jobs. We also offer Bobcat services. All of these services are available for residential and commercial customers.
